What purity do you guarantee?
All MC Glow Labs products are batch-tested via third-party HPLC analysis to a minimum ≥99% purity. Exact values for each lot appear on that lot's Certificate of Analysis.
How is testing performed?
Representative samples from each lot are submitted to an independent analytical laboratory for reversed-phase HPLC analysis. Mass spectrometry is used where confirmation of identity is required.
How should I store peptides upon arrival?
Peptides ship lyophilized in sealed glass vials. Store sealed at or below -20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe recommended in the literature.
How are orders packaged?
Products ship in tamper-evident boxes. Each vial is individually labeled with compound name, dosage, lot number, and purity. Heat-sensitive peptides include ice packs and insulated liners at no additional cost.

How long does shipping take?
Orders process within 1–2 business days. Domestic transit typically takes 2–5 business days. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards via our PCI-compliant payment processor. MC Glow Labs never stores card details.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns once the tamper-evident seal is broken. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days. See our

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We ship a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Do I need an account to order?
Browsing the catalog and downloading any COA require no account. You will be asked to create one during checkout so we can verify the shipping address.
Can I request a compound that isn't in your catalog?

How do I verify a lot number?
Each COA is labeled with the lot number it corresponds to. Match it against the lot printed on your vial. If they don't match, contact us — we'll investigate.
